We’re bringing the Irish spirit to life at our Dublin location with a 5-course St. Patrick’s Day pairing dinner full of thoughtfully crafted dishes, flowing Irish beer, and whiskey-worthy pours!

First Course
Smoked Salmon Boxty
Crispy traditional Irish potatoes with house-cured gravlax, pickled beets, lemon-infused crème fraiche, fresh dill, & salmon caviar
Paired with: Harp Lager

Second Course
Pan-Seared Jumbo Scallop
Served over creamy colcannon potatoes with applewood smoked bacon & maple-mustard butter sauce
Paired with: Magners Original Cider

Third Course
Guinness-Lacquered Pork Belly
Slow-roasted pork belly with a deep stout reduction, served alongside parsnip purée & a crisp fennel-apple salad
Paired with: Jameson Black Barrel Ginger Highball

Fourth Course
Whiskey-Braised Oxtail
Tender, melt-in-your-mouth oxtail served over a savory Irish Barley & Mushroom Orzotto, Dubliner cheese, roasted root vegetables, horseradish demi & crispy leeks
Paired with: Smithwick’s Red Ale with a Redbreast 12 Sidecar

Fifth Course
Warm Sticky Toffee Pudding
Date sponge cake drizzled w/salted caramel & topped with housemade espresso ice cream
Paired with: The “Fortified Baby Guinness” (Jameson, Coffee Liqueur & Irish Cream)
